Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Delivery is Free for orders over £99.00  otherwise a charge of £1.98 is made at checkout.

We will normally send your order within 1 business day.  Music and accessories are sent by First- Class mail Instruments and heavier item are sent by courier.  Estimated delivery time for UK deliveries is 2-5 days.

If we do not have the item in stock we will endeavour to get the item in for you as quickly as possible.  If it is likely to be longer than 7-10 days we will let you know and give you the opportunity to cancel your order if you prefer.

Goods Damaged in Transit

  1. We ask that all goods are inspected fully on receipt to check for any potential transit damage.  We do ensure that your order is packaged securely and appropriately but understand damage can be caused by our deliver partners.
  2. Please do not sign for and accept an obviously transit damaged item.
  3. Please note that any goods that are reported transit damaged may need to be returned to us for assessment before a replacement is offered.

Returns

You may cancel your order (without giving any reason) by notifying us within 14 days from receipt of the goods, via email customerservices@reedsplus.com or over the phone on 01584 873418.  You must then return the goods at your own expense, in the original packaging in 'as new' condition. Reeds and similar items connot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are returned unopened in their original sealed packaging.

When the goods are faulty (or not what was ordered), then contact us within 14 days and we will arrange return at our own expense and also a replacement or a refund if we do not have the item in stock.

We will not be responsible for any damage incurred to the goods on their way back to us, so please ensure all items are packaged appropriately.

A re-stocking fee may be applied when goods are not returned back to us in their original unused condition.  Any original delivery charges will not be refunded.
