We do our utmost best to make sure the information in these pages is correct and accurate, but we do not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information found on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. We reserve the right to decline any order placed. This term is included to protect us in the event that a mistake has been in our pricing or we can no longer supply at the price quoted. Although we try to ensure that our prices quoted on this website are up to date and correct a mistake could occur. If this should happen, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the goods at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. We will not accept an order if there is a pricing error.
If you have ordered an item that is shown as out of stock, we will endeavour to get the item in for you as quickly as possible. If it is likely to be longer than 7-10 days we will let you now and give you the opportunity to cancel your order if you prefer.
All card payments are processed securely through SagePay and we never have access to your card details. Your details are transmitted through SagePay using SSL to encrypt your transaction.
Description of goods
We have made every effort to display the products featured as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of the colour, texture or details of the goods will be the same as the actual product
Delivery is Free for orders overe £50.00 otherwise a charge of £1.00 is made at checkout.
We will normally send your order within 1 business day. Music and accessories are sent by First- Class mail Instruments and heavier item are sent by courier. Estimated deliver times for UK delivery is 2-5 days.
If we do not have the item in stock we will endeavour to get the item in for you as quickly as possible. If it is likely to be longer than 7-10 days we will let you know and give you the opportunity to cancel your order if you prefer.
Goods Damaged in Transit
We ask that all goods are inspected fully on receipt to check for any potential transit damage. We do ensure that your order is packaged securely and appropriately but understand damage can be caused by our deliver partners.
Please do not sign for and accept an obviously tansit damaged item.
Please note that any goods that are reported transit damaged may need to be returned to us for assessment before a replacement is offered.
You may cancel your order (without giving any reason) by notifying us within 14 days from receipt of the goods (firstname.lastname@example.org). You must then return the goods at your own expense, in the original packaging in 'as new' condition. Reeds and similar items connot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are returned unopened in their original sealed packaging.
When the goods are faulty (or not what was ordered), then contact us within 14 days and we will arrange return at our own expense and also a replacement or a refund if we do not have the item in stock.
We will not be responsible for any damage incurred to the goods on their way back to us, so please ensure all itmes are packaged appropriately.
A re-stocking fee may be applied when goods are not returned back to us in their original unused condition. Any original delivery charges will not be refunded.

No information you provide to us is passed on to any other company (apart from that required for delivery and insurance purposes). We use your information to enable us to fulfil your order and for our internal record keeping.
Reeds plus does not share your personal information with any Third Party companies who will use your information for SPAM emails or marketing purposes.
If for any reason your order is not available for immediate shipment we will let you now via e-mail. We will also give you an approximate delivery dte and the option to cancel if you wish.
Our website indicates whether we are out of stock. Occasionally there may be an error in our stock figures or availability of the item, or you may order more items than we have in stock. In this case we will notify you.
On receipt of your instrument we stongly recommend that you take out specialist musical insurance.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We never have access to your card details, and all your personal details are collected by SagePay in a secure page that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) AES256 Encryption
We are fully PCI DSS (payment Card Industry Data Systems Standard) compliant.
All instruments carry at least a one year manufacturer's warranty, and most have two years. We honour all guarantees in the smae way as if they were purchased in our shop. If you have any problems, or need advice or assistance, just email or phone us.
If you own a musical instrument or associated product with this symbol attached, it is covered by the WEEE (Waste Electronic & Electrical Equipment) Directive.
It is important that products bearing this symbol are disposed of at a proper facility so that they can be recycled and dealt with by ecologically friendly methods. Reeds Plus, as a retailer of such items , are responsible under category 4 (Electronics & Electrical Equipment-EEE) for seeing that you can dispose of your WEEE products free of charge.
We therefore offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE items on a like-for-like basis. For example, if you purchase an electronic tuner from us, we will accept an old electronic tuner and arrang for it's safe disposal. Customers must return their old WEEE product within 28 days of receiving their new one. You can either bring it into our shop, or send it by post.
If your old piece of electonic equipment is still in good working condition or could be repaired for further use, please consider donating it to a charitable organisation or by giving it to someone else in need. By extending the lifetime of you old equipment you are also contributing to the efficient use of resources and avoiding additional waste.
Please ensure that any item marked with the above symbol is properly disposed of seperately from normal household waste.
